PLANT CARE TIPS | Our Expert Advice for a Healthy Plant

- Don't place plants under direct sunlight. Long hours under the sun may result in sunburn.
- Keep plants out of extreme weather. Keep indoors until weather conditions improve.
- Perfect spots to keep your plants are at bright windows and shady sunny areas.
- Pieces that break off from the plant such as live stem parts, can be replanted into the soil and regrown. This works if the piece has a decent amount of viable live tissue. Some leafy plants can be grown through node cuttings.

Repotting Tips

- Try to avoid touching the roots as much as possible when repotting. It's not necessary to remove all the old soil. This step is important in determining how long it will take for your plant to settle in its new pot.
- Once transplanted in new soil, do not water for 2-3 days. During this time, the plant might wither a little, but is necessary in the establishment and growth of roots in the new potting container.
- While the plant gets adjusted to its new pot, do not place under direct sunlight. Keep it in a bright shady spot where it can avoid sunburn.

Plants shipped extremely quickly and arrived packaged very well. Everything arrived happy and healthy. Only downside was, I ordered multiple plants and was shipped the incorrect plant for one item.

Vague, frustrating but healthy plants

They say you can request plants in an assortment. I had received one order as a gift and decided to use the coupon for 10% off and a free 2 inch. I wanted Winged Pitchers, pitchers and sundews. When I sent in my request I was told they didn’t have what I wanted. Without detail and they would refund me. It felt like I was dismissed. After back and forth without any specific response or help. I just asked for as many pitchers as possible. They sent happy plants. And I did get one winged pitcher. But they completely forgot my free plant. I asked about it.. and the response was order more for more money to get my freebie. So I had to request a refund of the value of the free 2 inch. And they granted it. I feel the plants are healthy and worth it. But the customer service lacks common sense.. so it really ruined the experience. I do take into account this was holiday break. But dude. You don’t forget a promised free plant and then say.. β€œtoo bad.” You apologize and offer a credit (refund) or to send it. So I’ll be hesitant to order from them again but I’ll consider it because they credited me. I’m just disappointed in the service.
