Shipping & Returns

At BubbleBlooms, we want to make sure everyone is happy with their order. If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to report an issue, please read the following below first: 
Stress is a common in plant products that are being shipped for prolonged periods of time. Before we send out our plants, we make sure that the plant is secured within the packaging, with little to no movement to prevent damage.
We are not responsible for any damage that occur to shipments through common mail carrier transit, however, we will work with you to make sure you are pleased with your order. Please plan ahead if you know that your area will be experiencing severe weather. Common mail carriers may delay shipment due to weather-related events and unforeseen circumstances. 
If you experience anything wrong with your order, please: 
  • We do NOT accept returns
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery - after 7 days, we will not accept any refund or exchange requests. 
  • With your request, please include photos of the damaged product and the packaging along with the box it arrived in for review. 

Below are a list of items not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Any free bonus items included with coupon codes
  • Digital downloads
  • Sold As Is Items
